Rowe Town Hall, MA, 2017-2023

Project in collaboration with Town of Rowe. Cliff Swallows were building nests with sandy mud and nests kept falling. After installation of 15 artificial clay nests, Cliff Swallows nested successfully. This colony has continued to increase in size annually. In 2021, there were 35 pairs nesting artificial nests; in 2022 there were 42 pairs nesting in artificial nests, and in 2023 there were 43 pairs nesting in artificial nests.
